Welcome to my website!

 

Hello! My name is Oliwia Biesiaga, and I am an architecture student from London.

During my 3 years in studying BA Architecture, I have learnt a wide range of skills. This degree has pushed me to learn and adapt, allowing me to create work I never imagined I could. When I present my work, I can express myself, my interests and show how I've used all this new knowledge I acquired through my portfolio. Even though this whole experience has been challenging, it is very rewarding in many aspects.

 

I have particularly been interested in sustainable design and using new building methods. In my first and second year I have explored using vegetation to decrease the levels of air pollution. Whilst in my third year I have explored reuse and repurpose of materials and idea. This is reflected in my work.

 

To me architecture is more than design, it influences the lives of people who use the spaces you design and that in my eyes is a huge responsibility, the aspect of interacting and producing a design adapted for different client requirements is rewarding, knowing it improves their quality of living.
